Here's some pretty exciting news. Nintendo has added a new color to their Nintendo DS. Personally, I've never understood the whole concept of having different colors for platforms (why not just have a generic color?), but there are those who do. Additionally, on 10/20/2011, there will be another new color, which is Misty Pink.
You've never heard of the Color Gameboy. Just a regular gameboy but came in like 5 different colors. It sold like it was going to never be made again. People loved them. Nintendo's just done that for every handheld they made since then. People like personalized stuff. I think if I get a 3DS I'll get this one.
I got the 3DS when it was $249.95, and when it was just two colors. I feel outdated with my Cosmo Black 3DS.
Except for the non-Japanese releases of the original DS. The Japanese release had red with black, blue, pink, white, silver and black, but the other regions got silver, blue and red with silver (this one I don't even think got released in Europe). This one is rather inexplicable as all regions had literally the same DS with different languages on the box.
Nice, I was going to go for the Aqua Blue one but now I'll have to reconsider with these new colours coming out. Pink 3DS here I come
I want a classic Green or Purple or White. Preferably Purple but White looks like it's gonna be mine.
already got that one covered over here. It was the last one in stock that day, and I had already sold in my DS to get one for $89, so I got a pink one. Still, this is kinda harsh on my eyes. I mean, just having all that white, I don't know why but it hurts my eyes. I want to see the Aqua blue and Flare Red though
dont complain, i feel outdated with my nintendo DS lite... im just gonna buy the cheapest one to me co lour doesn't really matter, unless they just put an art stile that's more than one color like the 358/2 days themes for the ds, and the CoM special theme for GBA
D'aw... I got mine when it was 250$, and I got the Aqua colored one...I wish I could get Ice White now...
It's an additional button layout. It adds a Second analog stick/nub as well as L2/R2 Buttons. Some new games will require this layout to be played correctly. Like Monster Hunter 3rd. In fact it was the very first game to advertise it. Although, I bet this will get obsolete once a new revision of the 3DS is out. So yeah, this is so they don't screw up the old users.
