The only reason we didn't get one last year I'm pretty sure is because the one for the 2014 anniversary was very late and we didn't get it until June 9, 2015. I am not 100% sure, though, and it's just a theory. Additionally, because it was such a big update, it probably kind of counted as both. Again, just a theory.
