But Ghost Hunt is doing it's job being a part of the horror genre. Good God, I'm getting fllashbacks to Child's Play from that previous episode. Think I'm having a mini heart attack right now

But...you're like the anime dude. You've seen more anime than me, easily.

Hey, I've seen more anime than I can count, quite literally, but that doesn't mean I've seen more than you. I mean, come on, how many have you seen?
And that doesn't mean I can't be spooked, it just takes a special kind of spookiness to get to me......mainly Chucky the fricken's murderous doll that haunted my dreams for many years of my childhood

Yeah, but a lot of them are movies as well, not full series

I'm just glad I didn't put any of the manga I've finished/started/am reading because that list might even be longer than the anime list

    Amazing series, Ghost Hunt.
But that's Fuyumi Ono for you. She has another horror series called Shiki which you should check out, too. ESPECIALLY if you like Ghost Hunt.

I love Shiki, but HOLY SHYT man, ugly hair designs everywhere! :/ I didn't enjoy GH that much...in fact I don't think I ever finished it. My sister did and said that it has a disappointing ending as it isn't wrapped up or anything.

Yeah, a lot of anime seem to just end on cliffhangers or don't finish every story line they start, especially if they're based off the manga. Chrome Shelled Regios is a great example, since the anime was decent, but it had so many plot holes at the end, while the manga did a much better job explaining

I mean, yeah, I understand if they're based on a manga that's ~ongoing~, but when studios decide to make anime adaptions of completed manga and STILL add filler and completely deviate from the plot...ugh. Annoys the hell out of me. Especially annoying if they have a lot to go from but end at one series, even if it's popular.

The GH manga finished ages ago, and apparently there's still a lot in there that wasn't touched upon.

They kinda did that with Needless, but Needless I think went fairly well, even if it deviated from the manga. But the manga was stopped before the anime started, so the anime basically went with some of the manga and went its own way after a while, which is fine, since they still wrapped it up normally
