Okay so basically, every time my computer goes to sleep, it cuts me off from the internet.
This is normally no problem but if I am, say, waiting for a message or want to leave something downloading, it makes it so I either have to turn the sleep function off entirely, or stay at the computer constantly.
Further, every time I want to use my wireless printer I have to reinstall the drivers, which is quite frankly ridiculous.

I did a little research on it and found this, and a few other people around the web with issues and solutions just like it. But the problem for me is that the Power Management tab is simply not there. When I get to my WLAN adapter properties and click configure, I get just four tabs: General, Advanced, Driver, and Details. None of them have a readily apparent way to change the behavior of the adapter so that it doesn't cut off when my computer goes to sleep. I've also tried to go into Windows' Power Options in the Control Panel, but I couldn't find that option there either.

...Is there something really obvious I'm missing here? Any help would be appreciated x: .

I can't say much for the printer, but for the Internet, that happens to me, too.
After waking it up from being asleep, the Internet won't work for a few seconds, with a maximum of 10 seconds.

I also do not see the option you're referring to, so I'm afraid that's all I can really say.
Sorry I can't be of more help.

Are you logged in as an administrator? Did some googling and apparently that was an issue for some.

Quite literally all it says is "Broadcom WLAN Adapter" in the properties x:
Just checked my power settings like in the link, adapter power is set to max.

    All-in-one desktop.

Could you give me the computers's model name and number then? haha
Sorry for all the questions :x
Nah, they're PCs, similar to Macs though. They're basically just everything shoved into a screen. They usually look similar to this:

    HP Touchsmart 610-1050y.

And it's no problem lol, I'm grateful for the help xD.

EDIT: Did some troubleshooting with Misty on MSN and this appears to be fixed now! Thank you guys!~
