    I started making neons a loooong time ago I wanted to do some Kingdom hearts but I need images for people who want them done just fill out this

    I don't use PhotoShop so its not as good as photoShop would be.

    I dunno, XigBar.. I use Project DogWaffle a very very very very cheap rip off of PhotoShop. Mr.White, I couldn't really use anything it only gives you colors 7.7 So yeah its like a easier use of Paint. I need to get a beeter program, but it was free and my dad says I shouldn't order anything off the computer. Damn him.
