need help with something..

hello all.. my something that i need help on is adding kh2 videos.. to my creative zen v plus you can add videosto it.. though.. im trying to add the secret final mix kh2 video.. i drag and drop not working i try to convert it not working. . it says unsuccessful.. so someone out there has a creative zen v plus knows how to add videos or has had the same problem as me and knows how to fix it .. please help..
