Ok so I've looked ever where to find the right settings but I realized that everyone has different computers so I need help with my semi-slow PC XD
So for starters here are my specs....
    Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80 GHz 2.79GHz
    2.00 RAM
    32-bit Operating System

I don't know if you guys need more of my specs but I think these are the basics.
So anyways my problem is that when the games starts it runs smooth but when I load my game the FPS drop to 30-45 FPS. I need to know what setting I should put to make it run smooth all the way, so plz help me KH fans<3

I don't know much about emulation specifically, but to play any game on your PC you're going to need video memory. If you don't know how much you have, go to Start Menu -> Run... In the box that comes up, type dxdiag. On the Display tab, your video memory will be listed under Approx. Total Memory.

If your graphics chipset is inadequate, the game probably wouldn't run well.

I'm guessing 1745 MB (GB would be outrageous lol) well mines at 2294 and some games run slowly on my PC as well. I am also running Windows 7 Ultimate. So there's one of your problems. You might want to see about getting a better video/graphics card. Another issue would be RAM and CPU. You need enough RAM to be able to run the games at an acceptable speed yes, but you need the processor to back it up. I have an Intel Core 2 Quad, 2.5GHz. Running games on your PC isn't going to be the same as on a legit system, so you will always have to expect some slowing. The only thing I could say for sure is to be able to come close to a legit system is going to require a lot of cash, a lot of time, and a lot of patience because you will have to build a system specifically designed for this purpose. If all that is out of the question then you will eventually adapt to the slowdown, I have. Hope any of this helped.
