need help w/o deltamaker2

I need help with deltamaker2 I can't figue out how convert the two addresses to hexadecimal format can somebody help me I new with this sort stuff

do you mean by port codes using delta maker you mean porting them to pal
or fm or do you mean porting codes as in porting them to get a lower value?

if you mean by porting codes as in porting them to pal or fm I wouldn't know because I new at this stuff and I've been trying to learn this stuff for some time now. I just struggle with it alot becus I have learning disabilitys so I it makes I hard for me to learn certun things easily.
