need a file management script for create a file hosting site

Hey guys I know I said I found something that would allow me to do this (create a file hosting site) but it turns out the script I used wasn't what I actually wanted, I want a free script that'll let me set the max filesize and file space to the size that I want and I want it to be a good file management script one that is used for a lot of the file hosting sites you find on the internet, anyone know of any?
