If you're chosing one to go with your avitar I would say the first one, because the low saturation and contrast for Near looks like it would match better. As for C'nc, I'm not exactly an expert but I would say for the second one Near maybe a little to contrasting, and the background a bit to busy. For the top one, the biggest thing is it seems a bit to bright, I think that white part on the bottom right could maybe be tinted a little more blue, I think that would make it look alright.
