No offense, but the cloak is very sloppy, there are lines cutting him off, the text is pretty bad, and it's all white.

Anyway, the sig is horrible for a first. I mean in my opinion, I think it just flat out sucks. There was no effort put forth in this piece, no art, no emotion, nothing. And it's just so choppy. x3

Read some tuts. Learn how to make sigs in GIMP, since it's free.

 

The cloak is really messed up and get some GIMP :\ I had one but my mother deleted it T~T be sure to not tell your mother 1/10

First off, this is just a black square paintbrush painted over his clothes.
Secondly, if you meant to put "Naruto Uzumaki" in your sig, then you failed to spell his name correctly.
