Birth by Sleep Name the unbirth (just for fun) Shows eight pictures of different unbirths

This thread is purely just for fun. I thought that we could play a guessing game with the names of the eight unbirths below. Here are the rules, each picture is numbered, so refer to the number when naming the unbirth. along with the name try to guess the world that these enemies will belong to. For the unbirths that you think will be in multiple worlds, just say universal. Feel free give explanations for your guess and have fun! I guess I should start, bare with me, I'm not good at naming things.



1) Dawns (universal) - considering that these the most common form of unbirths, I am assuming that they will be named in a similar manner to the most common form of heartless and nobody (shadow and dusk). I believe that unbirths represent Dawn, hence the name I have given these unbirths.

2) Pot Belly (somewhat universal) - These are probably the unbirth version of the heartless called Large Body. Since I don't want to reuse that name, Pot Belly it is!

3) Neodawns (universal) - the kingdom hearts wiki lists these unbirths as "neo-unbirths". For those who don't know, the name refers to the heartless called neoshadow. even though I think I see an emblem on this guy, the picture is too blurry for me to be certain. So I'll go along with the wiki and call these guys Neodawns.

4) Stomp Boot (Castle of Dreams) - I got the idea for the name form the horn heartless called Cure Horn. I think that this unbirth will be introduced in Castle of Dreams because not only will you be the size of a mouse, but also because of Cinderella's famous piece of foot wear. The glass slipper.

5) Swarming Raven (Enchanted Dominion) This one was a toughie for me, though when look at it, I am reminded of the rapid thruster heartless (those birds that came in swarms). Since rapid thrusters like to attack in swarms, so will the Swarming Ravens. oh and because it is a raven, just like Maleficent's pet, it belongs to Enchanted Dominion.

(Edit: I just thought up a better name for number 5, Morning Bird. Since I think unbirths represent dawn and these unbirths are birds, I thought that the name morning bird would suit them quite nicely.)

6) Ear Walkers (Enchanted Dominion) once again this poor guy suffered from lack of a decent name. the kh wiki describes these guys as rabbit unbirths. If you go by that, then they appear to stand on their ears, hence the name I gave them. looking at the background, there appears to be the castle from Enchanted Dominion, so that will be these guys home.

7) Pot Bats (Snow White's World) this name is based off the name of the heartless hook bat. Seeing that Snow White's World has been neglected so far, I just placed these little fellows here.

8) Thorny Tops (Enchanted Dominion) this guy here appears to be a spinning top with thorny vines. Because of their appearance it should be easy enough for you guys to figure out why I chose this name. Since the castle, near the end of the movie Sleeping Beauty, gets covered in thorns, these guys would fit well in the Enchanted Dominion world.

Well that's that! Who's next?

 

lol well that's where the creativity comes in. if you want do something funny this is purely for entertainment and those with too much time on their hands.

 

I thought that number 1 was called Amber. I could've sworn I'd heard them called that somewhere. Anyway, excellent names. I wouldn't be surprised if some of these are legit.

 

Thanks! yeah, they haven't released the names of number 1 yet. Amber was originally rumored to be what the name of unbirths in general. then they rumor changed to being what you heard. but as of right now, that is still just a rumor. Number 1 still does not have a legit name.

Edit: sigh I'm getting all these views, but nobody wants to play. Someone at least come up with one name.

 

1. Dawns make sense but how about Noons XD (Universal)
2. potpig. looks like a pig to me. (Universal)
3. Looming Doom. (Universal or whatever the game's main town is going to be). name is a rhyming play off of Noon
4. Blood Boot. (Castle of Dreams or maybe Beast's Castle.) it sounds ominous.
5. Diablo (Enchanted Dominion) Diablo was the name of Maleficent's Raven
6. Lurker. (no idea) i don't see a rabbit but it does look like its ummm lurking???
7. Exploding Pot (Agrabah) it looks like it might explode. and Agrabah is where we found pot spiders so...
8. Spinning Thread (Enchanted Dominion) just to go with the Spinning Wheel motif.

I gotta admit that your first post was pretty conclusive. You made a lot of good points. But for the sake of participation, I'll play the game as well :

1. Ember - Universal - Someone mentionned hearing "amber", but I told myself that a fire symbolic would help. The lowest Nobodies are represented as nothing, and are named Dusks. Heartless are pretty much darkness itself, thus the weakest are Shadows. Unbirths, if they're only a Soul and Heart, must have strong emotions. Thus, I chose Ember, since emotion=fire following several symoblic means.

2. Big ...Baddie? - Universal - To remain in the original KH's trends, it must begin with an adjective (Large Body, Fat Bandit). I chose "big".

3. Trooper - Universal - IF it has an Emblem, then it's reminescent of Soldier Heartless, thus explaining my name. If it doesn't have one, then it is, like you said, more like a NeoShadow.

4. Ground Stomper - Universal, but especially in Cinderella's world (because of the shoe). Not much to say here.

5. Ravens - Reminsecent of Wyverns. Possible Maleficient reference, so they'll abund in her world, but I would still say universal.

6. Magicians - They simply remind me of Sorceror Nobodies.

7. Evil Pot - Now I really have no idea.

8. Mean Plant - They look A LOT like a Heartless. I can't put my finger on its name, though.


And... that's pretty much allI can think of. One more thing : Do most Heartless have names composed of two words, whereas all Nobodies have only one?
There are several exception Heartless-wise (Shadows, Soldiers, Wyverns, Defenders, etc.), but I thought I'd mention this anyway. I tried naming the 8 Unbirths with two names as well, except those who are reminescent of one-word Heartless.

That's what I meant. Heartless usually have two words, and Nobodies have one.

 

don't know. I don't think that there is any real reason for that except that it may become difficult to make one worded names for all heartless since there is so many.
