A while ago i remember seeing a tutorial to something that made you color over the picture and make it look cartoony... but it looked really cool!! the example picture was of Yuna holding her guns... does anyone know where ot find that TUT agian or what it's called?
no it was like that sig chaser007 once had, the one with L in it... grr if only i remebered when it was called.
