    It's about a guy who got banish from the world of gods and got turn into a little kid the guy now lives in the human world trying to get back into the world of gods on the first episoide he meets this girl name Myra and she loves mysteries she joins him after he helps her because he's a detective.Did I mention he knows magic?

    The name I'm guessing is from the Norse mythology, because Loki is the god of trickery and Ragnorok is "Doom of the Gods."
