    Ah, lets start from the beginning, Kind of adult I guess

    Class: All the boys go down stairs to help with carrying a bunch of heavy stuff and the teacher told us that if we carry heavy stuff at our age or exercise too much then we could hurt our ovaries.
    That night(school dance): I was dancing for about four hours, and I started to get a lot of pain but I ignored it and kept dancing.

    Today: I started to PMS too early and now my wrists really hurt. Its like right on the vein, same with my leg vein. I think I hurt myself at the dance o.0
