Cute! The only things to focus on is the head, since it seems too far over to the right, and the scarf seems kind of stiff, so use shading to try showing more folds in the fabric.

5 minutes huh? Impressive! :3 Looks pretty Saix to me, just more relaxing. You pretty much got the importaint parts down nicely, if you practice on drawing fast you may even start getting more details down. (we had to draw our teacher at the count of 10.....) Lies! :< She might as well tell the big mangaka's the same.
