My crit to you - let the colours add shape to the figure. You should create shadows and highlights concidering that the fabric of the Org outfit is made of leather (or similliar) - extra sharp shadow/highlights in this case. And if you let yourself be more playful with your lines when you draw hair, you may see a better result. Hair is rarely stiff in any way. Unless you're made by Square-Enix. *shrugs*

And uhm.... give more shape to the breasts, since they would go outwards you should add a tiny line (NOT MUCH) just to give the impression of the size you want them to have. *hides*

Since Coco Cnc'ed the first drawing and pretty much said what I was going to say, I'll just CnC the recent one.

    ASDFG Line paper FTL >:
Try to make her hair not to ''static'' but instead flowy and draw some wrinkles in her clothing to make it look realistic and one of the shoulders seems a tad bigger than the other one.

Practice and you'll see the results.

Not bad, there are some things to work on though:
Try to center the mouth more. Also add shadows to it, especially under the hood and around the head and neck area.

As for the second one, NEVER draw on lined paper. Her hair is too stiff, add more shadows and don't be afraid to add more sections of hair instead of whole parts. The neck can be thinner, and the shoulders should be wider to fix the proportions. Also add 'wrinkles' to the clothing, and some shading would make it look better overall.
