Since the Beta for FFXIV ends today, and I won't be able to play the game for a while, plus I'd rather not leave it out if I'm not going to use it, I put it away all nice and pretty like when I first opened it and it's tucked away from anyone who might want to hurt it. Glad I managed to get used to FFXIV though, because it'll definitely make it better to play when I get the game. I also deleted the character I was working on, since I wanted to start fresh from the actual PS4 release. Doesn't matter too much though, since I only got my Pugilist to lv19
It would have stayed packed up for me until FF XV gets a release date. I'm still contemplating on ESO though I've heard mixed reviews on it now.
I actually liked it a bit. It was easy to use, and strong too. I did die twice, but that was because I didn't pay enough attention to my HP, so by the time I noticed I couldn't bring my HP up enough to survive. The one thing playing I still found tricky was switching targets quickly enough when one of them died. But the combos and such were fairly easy to use with the controller as well. All in all, it was definitely nice to play. Glad i pre-ordered the game. And like I said, I deleted the character I made and started a new one so I could start fresh once it officially came out. Not too mention I know how the game plays, so I can catch up pretty quickly.
I'm mixed on it too. On one hand, I've played the beta several times and hated them all, but I really want that cloth map of Cyrodiil. I wonder if it would be worth it to preorder it, get the bonus, and then just sell the game back.
But you can still use it for stuff like YouTube and Netflix (if you pay for a subscription) and other stuff ._.
I already have my laptop for that. And yes, I did think of it, but I also like having my privacy in my room while watching my stuff
