My Programs give me a message asking what to open the program with...

    For example, when I click on Windows Live Messenger, it says 'Open With' and gives me a list of other programs that aren't even compatible with the program I'm trying to use originally. And when I download something and try to run it, it does the exact same thing.

    Anyway I can fix this?

    EDIT: Nevermind, fixed the problem.
