Desktop Clean Up Wizard apparently helps, but I've never used it before. If you use a PC, clean out your Recycling Bin. Go through your pictures, videos, and music and delete what you don't use/watch/listen to anymore. Delete school work that you're SURE you don't need anymore. Kinda like spring cleaning.... in winter....

You may need to up your memory (RAM) and do a disk clean up. Clear your cache.

Clear your cache. My laptop tends to get sluggish if I don't clear my cache after a while.

This might sound kinda farfetched too but check and see if any updates are available for the comp. Mine always gets slow, unresponsive, and sluggish if an update is available, be it for software or the computer itself.

TuneUp Utilities 2008 helped me out. It's free and it has tools to quickly do a ton of stuff to help speed up your computer.

Thanks guys, but other than that, I recently had a system recovery and my computer isn't really logging into meebo and it says that it can't find MSN among other programs. Any other ideas?

Nevermind. Actually, a new problem has occurred...when I press to download those programs, it just has a blank white screen...help?

You must be looking up some wicked porn o_O

I suggest a full system recovery if it keeps getting worse.

Like, whenever I press "download" on something, it pops into a different window and on the bottom left it says "stopped" and then the screen is white.
