My Boyfriend...

    ok...no im not breaking up with him xD hes amazing!


    BUT!

    hes loves to work out...and thus hes a F-ing stud (drools)

    but! im not ripped out of my mind! and he is...so i feel like...im letting him down...

    it sounds stupid but thats what im feeling like...(hes working out now)

    he doesnt mind that im pudgy...but i feel like i should be fitter for him

    ...someone help please

    If your asking for my opinion, stay the way you are. If it makes you feel better, just take a jog in the morning a couple times a week. He obliviously likes you for who you are and he (hopefully) doesn't want you to change a thing.

    I agree. But also, if you do feel uncomfortable, work out with him, not only would you start to gain some muscle you would get to spend some more time with him too. You don't have to lift weights, maybe walk on a tredmill or a stair stepper.

    Start runnin' several times a week if you're so set on losin' weight or some simple aerobics to tone up. You don't want to work out like him - that's hard to keep up n' you'll gain muscle which could eventually turn to fat if you don't continually exersice. Runnin' is the best form of exercise. That or take up a sport, like tennis etc. You could possible play with him.

    Personally, i don't see why you need to. You shouldn't want to do it just for him. It should be 'cause YOU want to become fitter. Not for someone else.

    There's nothing wrong with wanting to fit and getting in shape. You should want that for yourself not just so he'll like you better. Anyway main point is if he really loves you he'll like you the way you are... no matter what...! :)

    hes told me that the loves me the way i am.

    i guess i just need to hear it from a 3rd persons point of veiw thanks guys!

    fyi i just didn some work outs...and now my stomach is on fire

    Progression is the key to exercise. Start off with what your body is comfortable with then progress at a steady rate over a period of time.

    If he is not saying anything I wouldn't worry about it. Ultimately do it for yourself though if you choice to change.
