I loveee the Phantom of the Opera, Beauty and the Beast broadway, Wicked. I've seen that live, Romeo and Juliet, and...others that escape me.
I've been in Cinderella (As Cinderella two nights, the Queen for the last), Monsieur Eek (as the lead for one act), and...other ones from like middle school and elementary that escape me. Last year, I was in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and this year I've been in the production of Little Shop of Horrors.

    Yeah...I'm a bit of a drama dork. v:

    1. The Lion King.
All time favorite, no question. After that comes Phantom of the Opera (seen 7 times lolol), Les Miserables, Jersey Boys, The Fantasticks, Spamalot, 90% of the Disney Broadways (except Mary Poppins and Little Mermaid), Promises Promises, RENT, and...god, I can't even remember all of them, lmao.
Waiting to hear from my friend how the Spider-Man musical is. If it's decent I might go see it.

Aaand I've done crew (head of lights/stage manager) for Romeo & Juliet, The Apple Tree, You Can't Take It With You, Into the Woods, Nagasaki Dust (so much love), Macbeth, The Fantasticks, A Midsummer Night's Dream, and in March, Little Women.
Also worked headphones backstage for one show of a New York Musical Festival show called I Got Fired. ****ing awesome because I got to hold a prop broadsword for about half an hour.

...There might be a chance I'm a theater kid.

I really wish I got out more and saw more plays in general. I'm a big supporter of the arts, but the only plays that I've seen live are The Diary of Anne Frank and All My Sons...

There are probably two musicals that stand out in my mind.

    1) RENT - I've seen the motion picture version of the musical as well as the recording of the final broadway production. It will always stand out form any reaons, mainly because of the songs that are in the play. Sometimes they're insiprational pieces while at other times they are just fun and silly.

    2) Scrubs Musical (Season 6, Episode 6) - In my mind, this particular episode should be made into a real musical and tour around the country or something. It's always fun to watch and keeps the repeating themes of Scrubs that the fans enjoy.

I'm lucky enough to have a father who works in the local theaters orchestra, so over the years I've gotten to see plenty of musicals live: Grease, Hair, Miss Saigon, Hairspray, Evita, Beauty and the Beast, Spring Awakening, Wicked... I've got a soft spot for Disney musicals too, I love all of the Lion King movies (yeah, really), Sleeping Beauty.

I haven't been had the chance to act in a musical yet, but I might be taking part in a WWII-based musical next year.

    Theater geeks assemble!

I forgot about Lion King. Seen it twice. Cried the entire way through the second time, and when mufasa died... D:. I was in tears over the shear epicness of it.

I saw Hairspray on Broadway. :v

I really like musicals and wish I could do them but unfortunately I am an awful singer. :c I have been in a school play or two that were just acting parts though.

Mufasa's death and Endless Night absolutely destroy me every time I see it.
    If it's a bad day for me I actually can't listen to Endless Night or I'll start tearing up. xD;;

I love Wicked, saw it in London... It was really amazing... I saw Grease and Avenue Q as well... I want to visit more of them, but the rest of my family isn't very musical-minded... ^^'

the only musical that wasn't a movie that i saw was Annie. next thursday and friday, my school is putting on a production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. i'm going to see it (hopefully) both nights they show it. i auditioned for Logainne Schwartzandgrubenierre but didn't get the part.

in musicals that i didn't see, i like Les Miserables, Wicked, Mamma Mia (stage version), Beauty and the Beast on Broadway, The Little Mermaid on Broadway, The Lion King on Broadway, and American Idiot on Broadway. i really want to see all of them because i know at least one song from each musical (i also know the cast version of 21 Guns from American Idiot).

in musicals that i saw that are movies, i like The Little mermaid, Hairspray (new version), Beauty and the Beast, The Nightmare Before Christmas, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Mamma Mia (movie version), Annie, The Wizard of Oz, Mary Poppins, and The Sound of Music. i love them all.

This is the most splended idea ever. <3
Tummer, will you be my bumper buddy? c:

    I've seen:
We Will Rock You. It was pretty awesome, mostly because the lead guy in the Toronto version had the most awesome French accent. :3
Monty Python's Spamalot. Twice. I think the second time was even better than the first. The leader of the Knights-Who-Until-Recently-Said-Ni did some awesome improv, within which the whole "ecky-ecky-ecky" thing went on for at least a minute and a half and ended with some Led Zepplin lyrics.
The Beauty and the Beast Musical. I was really little, so all I remember is giant dancing silverware.

    I want to see:
The Lion King Musical. I still don't know why my parents haven't taken me to it. :B|:
Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. I have still yet to see an actual onstage production, but I've watched parts of the original broadway version on youtube.

I'm so glad that's happened to someone else, they did that when I went but apparently not when a few of my other friends did. xD
Such a great show, I'm sad that it's off Broadway. B(

    Doitdoitdoit. It's so good. ;__;

I swear to God, if they ever bring American Idiot to Finland and I'm still living here, I'm so going to audition for it.

It was so unexpectedly godly. I think there was some scatting and beatboxing in the middle somewhere, and then the "and she's climbing the stairway to heaveeeennn"... omg, I think he nearly got a standing ovation in the middle of the show.
I'd see it again in a heartbeat. c:

The worst thing is that it's playing right now near where I live. And I always hold up the newspaper ad for it over my head when I see it and sing The Circle of Life. I don't think I could give them a clearer hint. ._.
