I don't quite get the concept..... Not sure what you were going for here. I'd say take that big ass black blob out no matter what but that's about it.

It does look better in Back and white. I still though need to find the reason why the title is "Musica". It could be a picture of a person enjoying music like Yoh from "Shaman King" or Neku in TWEWY. This one seems not like that. It should be something more descriptive and the pic seems as if she is thinking about the music and it's passing by her mind.
Well, the music i supposed to be more of the centerpeice. the girl is supposed to be playing or writing it , but that can't be seen.
The black and white version looks alot better than the one in color. I think the music "feel" is black and white. I know I don't make sense, but music is supposed to "look" like black and white.
Your render suffers from (F)loating(H)ead(S)yndrome and Low Quality. Also, it's all squished up in the corner. It would be okay in this instance, but she seems to enjoy getting rammed into a wall by music. Choose a stock with an appropriate expression next time.
The black and white version looks a lot better than the other one. The colors don't look like they don't fit well together like they do in the original one. All and all, Good job.
That's so cool, I am getting photoshop soon I think for Christmas xD But, for now I use photobucket.I love the musical notes.
