Mugen?

Ok.
I've heard so much about "Mugen" being the best PC game ever.
Well i cant find any source of information to provide me with a install or a guide for the Game.
If possible can anyone please post a guide or website that you have checked and know will show me the path into installing and playing the game with no Errors or problems.
