Much Needed Rant!

Hello my fellow KH lovers! I hope you'll endure me while I rant!

I don't know who all caught my previous thread in here about me getting engaged recently but a few of our (fiance and I's) mutual friends suggested an engagement party. Yay party!!!! We were having trouble deciding on where to have it... I offered my place since there's room for a hand full of peeps to mingle; parents won't mind... I thought.

Well, we wanted it start at 2 but didn't know how long people would hang around because closer friends might stay longer, so we said around 9 for ending time... just for an estimate... parents didn't like that. Ok, change the time... apparently not good enough, because they didn't like my decision on the time in the first place they want us to move it... Guh!

My complaint is... we already complied!! Why be *******s still?! Don't they want us to celebrate our engagement!!? I'd be happy to have it at my place if it were my daughter! Not my fault they like to be anti-social! They weren't even sure if they were going to be there... when it was ok to be at my place... how supportive!!! It's not just for friends, so it's not just a party, it's for family too... obviously...

What the ****... I am NOT feeling the love... *breaks a window then listens to some hate music* (No, I didn't really break a window...)
