Aiko yawned again and pulled the covers over her head. *CRASH* Aiko immediately woke up from her sleep and shouted to her aunt downstairs "WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT FOR!! WE DON'T HAVE PRACTICE TODAY!!! IDIOT!" *evil grin*"You don't have practice today....oh...i am so sorry..i didn't realize." <yeah right you ******> thought Aiko. when Aiko got dressed, she went downstairs toward the kitchen and sat on an Island chair. Kyra, Aiko's aunt, mumbled good morning to Aiko. Aiko, as usual, ignored her. Kyra was making breakfast when Aiko saw something atop the cabinet. She saw a peculiar, little box with engravings on it. Aiko suddenly had a sudden urge to get the box and open it. "What's that box up there?" "What box?" "On top of the hideously, ugly cabinet." "It's not hideous, I made it myself." Kyra stared furiously at Aiko. "That's the reason why it's so ugly." Aiko grinned. "What box were you talking about?" Kyra asked trying to change the subject. "That box on top of the ugly cabinet." Aiko answered, stressing the word 'ugly'. "Never mind that, go and get flour from the store." Kyra said sternly. "You go get it...I want the box" Aiko stood up. Aiko reached up to get the box, but was pushed aside by her aunt. Kyra held the box and said to Aiko," You must never open the box Aiko, *glare* if you do, terrible things will come out of the box and scatter on the island. We worked so hard..so hard.. to put all the terrible things within the box." Then staring at Aiko, she put the box back where it was. Kyra then told her to fetch some flour from the store. "I'm not a dog.*Temper rising*" Aiko told her aunt. "But you were born in the year of the dog." Kyra giggled. "Fine, I'll get the stupid flour." Aiko went outside heading toward the convenience store. <I think Aunt Kyra was making all that up about the little box. It probably has pictures of my parents.(Aiko never saw her parents...cuz they were killed during a battle, besides, Kyra never liked her sister, much less her husband) I wonder why Kyra would hide pictures of my mother and father. She probably despises them. Of course....i forgot that she didn't like my mother at all..I remember telling her about my mother and Aunt Kyra just looked away and ignored me. i'm going to get the box and take out my parent's pictures. But first i'll take it with me to my secret hiding place in the forest. No one can stop me from opening the box.> While Kyra was waiting for Aiko to return, she chained the box and locked it. <Why did she see the box...I just know she's going to open it..she has the greatest curiosity of any person i know. *sigh* I have to keep her from opening the box.> "Well, i got the flour." Aiko said gleefully. "The mission 'open the box' will begin at midnight." Laughing, Aiko ran toward her house. Aiko opened the door and looked at the box. It was chained and locked. <Oh great, she chained and locked it....oh my god.....now how will i open it? I hate Kyra so badly....if she gets me angry one more time...> Aiko slammed her fist into the wall, causing a hole in the wall. "Another hole in the wall, Aiko that is enough, one of these days you might end up destroying the house!" "hahahahaha....I think I wouldn't mind if the house was destroyed. Would you?" Aiko grinned mischeviously toward Kyra. Kyra snatched the bag of flour from Aiko's hands and went toward the kitchen to prepare lunch. <Wow...the old hag is grumpy today.. i wonder what trouble I'll stir up today.Let's see.....should i make another hole in the wall? Should I overflow the faucets, or should I just take the box now and open it. the box will wait till midnight. I still need to find the key that will open the lock. Hmmmm........i think i know exactly where it is.....right under the box. She is useless when it comes to hiding things.*laughs hysterically* "What's wrong with you, why are you laughing?" Aunt Kyra asks. "I loked at your horribly ugly face! Hahahahahaha!!!!" Aiko responds while laughing. "Well, stop it, your going to give yourself a heart attack." Kyra scolds Aiko. <If Aiko does have a heart attack and dies...then I would rejoice as if the world has gotten rid of its evil. That would be fun. But, I know that's not going to happen. *sigh*> "Whatever , you old hag......oops...it slipped out.."Aiko ran toward her room and closed the door. hen she laughed until she nearly did have a heart attack. Moments later, she fell asleep on her bed. <Old hag! What a horrible name to call me!> Kyra looked up at the box, and smiled. <Aiko willnever find the key..i have hidden it well this time...right under the box itself...she'll never think of finding it there. I'm such a genius!> Chuckling, Kyra cooked herself lunch. After she ate, she went to her room and decided to take a nap. At about midnight, Aiko snuck out of her room, and crept quietly to the kitchen. She took the key from under the box and went outside toward the forest. <Hah! I got the box! I'll finally be able to see my parents for the first time! Oh joy! I'm going to celebrate by socking the old hag right in the stomache! I don't care what she does after I have seen my parents, she can kick me out of the house for all I care. It'll be fun living in the forest...I've always wanted to be a rogue!!Of course...Kyra doesn't want me to be a rogue, she wants me to be just a normal woman who cooks and has a husband. I'll never have a husband...I want to live my life as an adventurer! The treasures i will seek, the people I will kill! *giggles* and one of them is the old hag.> At the foot of a high elm tree, she stopped and held the key into the lock. the lock opened. Aiko took off the chains, opened the box.......and screamed.[/FONT]

Serifina dropped down out of a tree just behind Aiko, "Looking for me? Honestly I don't know why." she gave Aiko her odd smile and took out her sword to be ready to fight.
.. FINALLY, god where were you..i was about to send Toshiro to look for you and FRY you!! *taking out her sais* The demon is just behind those trees *pointing at the elms..*
Serifina nodded, "Yes I feel it on the wind, foul dark thing." she breathes out, ignoring Aiko's remarks. "Shall we then?"

Serifina pulled up a gust of wind to push the fire away from her. "Really." she said, reprochfully, "I don't have to be here at all, why do you insist on trying to kill me? Do that again and not only will I at least maim you, I will leave and deal with this problem myself, alone."

Serifina had closed her eyes and was feeling the wind while they fought. Once they finished she opened her eyes, "Yes. So, are we going to deal with that demon?" She turned to the trees where the demon was without an answer and wipped her sword out like a chain at the it, intangling it's legs, "You enjoy violence more than me, go ahead." she promted Aiko.
*sigh* "you sure?" Aiko asked Serifina "That demon is HUGE." *taking out sias again* "wish i had Vixen with me, but she's a coward....how ironic. " *laughing hard* Anyway. Let's try to kill the demon...* jumping into the trees,, slashing sounds heard.....* Can we add music while we post....cuz i want to try to add music while we fight...lol..
Serifina sighed and pulled her sword back to it's solid form, cutting the demons legs further. She walked over and wrapped her sword around the thing and then pulled it off, slicing it. OOC: you can put in a link and just play it behind the thread.
