    I've been wondering, how does one become a sort of staff here? Do people just say "______ should be staff."?

    Once you reach premmy, you can give a staff application in. If your worthy, they'll take you. Or you can get many people to like you and make sure admins see you are trustworthy and good for the job.

    Like the others said. If the staff think you would make a good moderator they'll contact you. Please, whatever you do, don't ask for staff. It's frowned upon.
