No Thanks Moderating suggestion

We have many staff, why make changes?
Well, maybe the staff are many, but except from the normal mods, the rest (with one exception) are not doing a proper joob. At least for their position.
My suggestion is to change Darkwatch's and Repliku's position to normal mods, and make Styx and Soundwave super mods.
Also, in my eyes it would be wise to get one more admin, since both our active admins are not enough. But the thing is, noone is that much of experienced to use admin cps and stuff. If you have any ideas, then keep them to yourselves.

It's a suggestion ok? We can work this out instead of yes, no & lock.

 

I slightly take offense to this as I do things around here, as do others and just because it's nothing you see, it amounts to nothing accomplished. If I felt that I was doing nothing, I'd resign without a struggle at all because I didn't say I'd do the job to just loiter.

 

Isn't that a staff decision?

 

The current staff are doing fine;so why don't you add to the stuff they have to do while you're at it?
I don't think anyone could be on this site 24/7 anyway.
I think that this is offensive and isn't a good suggestion.

 

why change what works, simple as that.... i wouldnt know as well as of a few months ago....

 

I think it's fine the way things are now.

All the admins seem to be locking, posting etc like a year back.

 

Come on folks, before attacking, how many of you (with the exception of Repliku) actually know what goes on behind the scenes?

Toshi may, he may not. But before shooting him down, I'd like to hear his reasoning.

 

Umm, that's just rude Toshi...Darkwatch and Repliku are doing a fine job as Sup mods...and if I am correct, Styx was just made a regular mod a couple of months ago, so he doesn't have nearly enough experience in moderating as Darkwatch and Repliku. And with soundwave, I don't k ow that much about her but I do know that she has helped me out in the past, I think, and she might have more experience but it is up to the admins.

And lastly,Mother Nature and Identity thefl are doing a great job...you have about as much a right to say they don't do their job and they aren't active as a bug...they are more active than most of the people on the site. And did you know that CtR has been sick, because that might limit the amount of time she can get on and do some administrating. So it would be nice if you would quite critisizing *?* the staff, unless you have proof that they aren't doing their job. But I am guessing this has something to do with you being banned not too long ago...

 

This is not a topic open for discussion on the public forum, especially because it doesn't concern you or anyone else here at all. CTR and myself demote and promote staff as seen fit, and if there's something we don't like, we change it. But I'll be damned before I let this discussion continue.

In simple terms, mind your own damn business and let us do our job.
