Wait, what? No thread yet? Seriously? Seriously??? Seri- *shot*

Beautiful movie. =) It made me cry.
Except for one part that would have normally made me cry, the part where the Mexican guy hung (Jack?) himself. I think I was on the verge of tears for Harvey's sake, but Jack just creeped me out a bit. o.o

Great movie. It's good that more people will know who Harvey Milk was now--hell, I hadn't heard of him before the movie came out--so maybe it'll encourage people to be more compassionate towards gay people.

I have not yet watched it, but I want to. I haven't heared much about this movie; the only reason I'm interested in it is cause I'm gay myself, and support equal rights.
It really is a shame this movie came out after Prop 8 appeared.

I saw this movie and thought it was quite brilliant. It was an excellent way to show people the constant fight for gay rights through the screen. Brokeback Mountain was simply a love story, and only promoted stereotypes about gays. This movie, however, actually attempted to make a difference.
    Great movie. =]
