Birth by Sleep Mickey- Inventr of the Drive Form

Do you think theat BBS could reveal that Mickey invented the drive system? I mean, how could Sora get the Valor form justfrom that fairy magic?

 

i think yen sid made the drive forms, not mickey, but then again, mickey did give sora the master form drive, idk

 

I highly doubt that Mickey made it. Otherwise, he probably would've quickly gave it to him before KH1 ended.

At the same time, I have no idea who else could've made it.

 

Well Mickey was in the DTD in the time. I doubt that he would have time to give Sora a device for a drive form.

 

I think it was made be exanhort or whatever that guys name is.

 

theres a thread in the "birth by sleep" section called "focus bar." in it, one theory was that each character had their own variation of "focus" (Terra's could make him go into "fatal mode) ven's might be able to make him go into something related to speed...and Aqua's might be magic related...

Any way, to tie that point in with this thread:

Each person...(keyblade master maybe) has their own variation of focus. Sora's happens to be Drive, since one of the main reasons the Keyblade chose him was because his heart becomes stronger with the help of his friends...we havent seen Mickey use drive before, so its hard to say hes the inventor...

 

I suppose you're right. Darn and I was hoping for some KH-ish explaination on the drive forms.

 

I think Mickey did because he gave Sora Master Form.

 

Heh, maybe that Master Form was the remanants of Ven.

 

I think that maybe mickey could have been a TESTER for the drive forms, not the originator or inventor. The drive forms have probably been an old battle style used by plenty keyblade masters. However when their numbers decreased, the ability to drive slowly disappeared. Then Mickey came along to try to learn it.

nah, but i do think that wen u play as ven and u die in certain battles mickey will save u, cause in that one pic where ven is on floor and mickey was infront of him ready to fight the dark soldier

 

I may be sounding stupid by asking this but what are foucuses?

 

ur not sounding stupid, no one really knows, but on Terra and Ven's hp bar, the part that says "drives" for sora says "focus" for ven and terra

 

I'll bet it's like Sora's limit.

Final Form is probably Sora's own personal inner streanth, not something anyone else could do, its unique to Sora.

 

The Drive System is Sora's unique power. Only Sora [and Roxas to an extent] can use it. Like it was stated earlier, Sora's heart can become stronger for the sake of his friends, and the Drive System gives us a physical representation of this. Sora gets braver, and physically stronger upon sacrificing Goofy. Sora gets smarter [lol], and more magically adept upon sacrificing Donald. There are some quirks in the Drive system, I can assure you, but none that suggest that the power to Drive is anyone else's but Sora's. Just like how Fatal Mode is Terra specific. I'm willing to bet each Keyblade wielder has their own unique power. Though, Riku was able to 'Drive' before Sora could, without a keyblade no less... Perhaps his was but a Reverse Drive?

... And um, to whoever said the 'Focus Bar' was what triggered Terra's Fatal Mode... You're wrong. It's the Command Gauge above the commands. The Focus Bar's function is as of yet unknown.
