Oh my...
This is outrageously terrible!!​

 

The internet has obviously blown up about this. MegaUpload was big, and millions of people used it. It getting shut down is a bit of a bad sign, and I'm a little worried about other file-sharing websites. But there's a bit of ease there - a back door always exists.

Somehow, I think things will all work out if the people of the internet [and yes, I refer to us as a country of sorts] continue to retaliate the way we have been.​

 

Eff it. THe amount of tv series you can;t buy or find anymore were on there...

I had enough trouble trying to find all the Digimon series the first time, now it'll be impossible.

Where I'm I gonna find rare music and movies now? :((

 

What?! How am I supposed to upload files to the internet?!

 

Mediafire, torrents....there are still many ways you can do it.

 

Wow just wow. This is a stupid move. Whats next? MediaFire?!

 

If one goes down soon the rest will follow...

 

if mediafire goes down, what'll happen to all the KH cutscenes we use from here?

 

This is really why we should have a torrent. Seriously staff I highly recommend this as things are probably not going to get much better.

 

good thing I have all the videos I need right now. And I stink at torrents.....and why are we talking about things like this that are illegal when most staff don't want people talking about how to get things illegally?

 

Torrents aren't illegal.... What people do with them may be illegal but themselves aren't.

 

isn't it the same thing as downloading files from things like Mediafire or Megaupload?

 

In theory yes, but the way they are downloading and or uploaded is a bit different.

So again I strongly suggest a torrent. I can seed. My computer is almost always on.

To be honest, KHV needs it's own download server...

But that may be too much to ask.

But anyway if posting copyrighted content is whats causing this why would having a download server posting copyrighted content linked right to our site be a good idea?

 

Well, yes, we don't need it but we may eventually have to use it. Which is sad.

 

Well, I think KHV could have some sort of reserved area for the videos...idk

but look what happened when they didnt back up the site and it got hackd
