For all you cosplayers out there, when constructing some kind of weapon (keyblade/sword/something like that) what materials do you usually use? I had the idea of making my OC's weapon tonight but I lack experience making anything like that, so I figured I'd ask the professionals :P
I'm no expert, but I used PVC pipes once to make some tonfas. I imagine they do well on keyblades too. I made a sword out of some illustration board for a play in school. That could work too.
Pink Foam Insulation or Pink Housing Foam. There is a tutorial on another website. I'll PM you think link. :')
