wow, he only just made the list. That's pretty surprising. I would have thought he'd be higher.
I'm not too surprised about Wesker and Kefka though.

Wow, when they put it the way they did, you think he would be higher than fifth place. Though I must agree on placing him in the top ten. He is a pretty great villain.

I see a bunch of other villains too, that I've had the chance of conquering. This list really sticks it to the man, huh?

Still, I'm surprised to see that Sephiroth didn't make the list. >~>​

Wouldn't put it past the guy who's screwed up most of the universe, three times at least. Over a piece of FREAKING history. Dude, some questions are better left un-answered.

 

Surprising, but pleasantly so. He really is a piece of work.

And I'm not surprised Sephiroth isn't on there. Is he cool and badass? Yup. Is he super powerful? Ja. But this isn't a list of the most badass villains, its a list of the ones that are most despicable. They have all done some terrible things. Sephiroth succeeded in burning down a village, but most of his other plans fell through- the worst atrocities in the game were committed by Shinra. These guys all succeeded.

 

well,this is almost interesting for the 5th

but xehanort is the annoying boss
