No offense, but it doesn't look like much. It looks like an overuse of grunge brushes, a render placed in the middle, and text slapped on it on Overlay. Try to avoid putting the focal in the direct center of the canvas. The softness of Cloud is very unappealing since the effects are pretty rough. Follow tuts.
Go with what Ryuuga said, cause that tutorial is crap to be honest, it gets down beginning things like brushing, but you need to push your limits more. find something more advanced.
