In my honest opinion, I think you made the arms and legs too skinny when comparing with the head size. It's like they could break at any moment out of the extra weight. I'd add more flesh on those to maintain the balance. The hands on both pictures were kind of too small, but if you check the lenght of you own hand to your face you may get an idea of how big they're supposed to be. Like, from the wrist to the fingertips it would reach from the bottom of the face to the begining of the hair.

So my main suggestion for you is to try making measurements.

The first one Is good, although you made the top of the head a bit too big and that green thing hanging off her shoulders Is supposed to be a hoody, right? Make It hang a bit lower so you can understand what It is

The second one Is good as well, although you made her left shoulder a bit too high and skinny and her right shoulder a bit too fat.

    Great work!

The first drawing is good except for the head,it's kinda too big and it's making her face smaller and her legs are kind of off.

The cat girl's drawing is better than the first one, except one of the shoulders is a little small than the other
But I give you A for cuteness.
