Kingdom Hearts II Luxord in Proud Mode

I started a new game in Proud Mode, and I've done pretty good... until I got to Luxord. He's really hard! (evn harder than, well, the hardest person in proud mode XD) So, if any of you have beaten Luuxord, in Proud Mode, PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAASE tell me how!

Attack him in the beginning as a die, and don't let your HP drop too low. When you turn back, you have two choices. If you're HP is too low for comfort, heal. If not, then go and attack him like mad. Whenever you see the reaction command appear, use it... like MAD. Click the O when it scrolls by, and Luxord will drop thousands of healing little orbs. If your MP is too low, then kill his cards.
Flip the cards if they're too annoying.
When Luxord turns into a card, remember where he is and try to flip his card. Don't flip the wrong one. Some of them explode.
When he throws all his cards on the ground, avoid them and use the reaction command.
If you get turned into a die, lock him in the corner ((in the small niche by the column is a good and easy place to get him stuck in)) and keep on attacking up. He'll continously flinch, and because he's in a corner he can't run away or anything. Just spam the attack button like mad.

 

Simple, easy to remember... i like it. i'll do pretty good on pressing things like mad-- it's my specialty. XD Anyway, thanks for the info.

Luxord was hard? I really didn't notice, I was too busy spamming the attack and Reaction commands like crazy, and then, suddenly, everything turned red and was going REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLYYYYYYYYYYYYY
Slow... After I came back to, I realized that I had busted my controller but at the same time, I managed to beat Luxord. I beat him with full life too. I found out later that I was fighting so hard to win the Luxord battle that my adrenaline popped and went to my head. On the other upside, I got a level up!

Yeah, Luxord was kinda' hard, if it's your first time ever fighting him... Proud mode makes him alot harder, but hey, even DEMYX made him look easy. Demyx! The guy who was so easy that I nearly laughed! He made Luxord look easy, even to me, because the first fight with Luxord I had, I didn't even have to try, all I did was this pattern:

Run from cards
Attack Luxord
Attack cards
find Luxord's card three times
Watch out for when Luxord takes over arena
Spam attack button when you get chance
Use reaction on Luxord's arena to activate the X-O game
Get all O's to take control of Luxords cards and knock him down to nothing
Wait for Luxord's time bar to go down.

The first fight, I was just running around and attacking things like mad, mostly the cause of not making a game plan. The second time around wasn't too bad, though. (P.S.: If you're like me, you've probably had your adrenaline pop and go to your haed more times than you can count, try not to go crazy.)
