    Yes, but not only gaming. I'm running a minecraft server but my current pc keeps messing up. I also wanna play some older games on it, mainly counter strike.

    Not too bad, just up the PSU to about 550W and you should be set.

    The site I used recommended 350 and the other ones cost so much more. Mu budget is like 800.

    Well, see how you go with this, and if you need to, you can change the PSU out yourself.
