    Where is the best place to level up the characters???

    Equip GullWing and the EXP Boost ability,un-equip all allies healing abilities,get your heath to less than half it's max and keep killing nobodies at The World that Never Was.

    The Nobodies/Heartless in the Cave of Rememberance also drop lots of exp. You can try there, too, if you don't mind potentially getting killed a few times by those guys.
