But I don't know anything at all about Final Fantasy and the only comment I made about it was that I watched a playthrough for some random FF game because Joshua Kiryu (the guy in my avatar) voiced a nameless main character that was an Onion Knight, and I didn't even watch the whole playthrough, I only watched his scenes. XD I wouldn't count that as participating in the Discord conversation about Final Fantasy... XD I also know that some FF characters are in Kingdom Hearts. That's like, IT as far as my knowledge. XD
I haven't played any Final Fantasy before 7 (yet). But as I understand it Final Fantasy 2, 3, and 5 originally didn't get an overseas release. So when they released 4 and 6 over here they called it 2 and 3 as to not skip numbers (but then decided they fine skipping when 7 came). We have since received all games numbered properly though so if you're buying the games for any modern device the numbers will be right. Honestly, while this used to be a major source of confusion, it's closer to a trivia fact these days.
