Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess help

I'm not sure if this should go here or in the "help" section, but I'm posting it here:

Ok, so I'm totally stuck in Twilight Princess. This may sound totally lame, but I'm stuck in the first dungeon. Seriously. I can't figure out what to do in the Forest Dungeon. I've got 3/4 monkeys, and I've seen the fourth monkey. In the really windy room with the moving platforms that switch and are never actually lined up correctly, the monkey is on the platform after the two platforms. I've only gotten to it once, and I was out of ammo in my slingshots, so I couldn't get the monkey out. Then, I died from falling. Now, I can't seem to jump onto the second platform again, and I wanna know:

Is there a secret to do it or is there something I have to do to make it easier?

 

I know the dungeon you are talking about, but at the moment i can't remember. I'd suggest if you are stuck, go to www.guides.ign.com/and search for twilight princess. It might help ya out.
