I'm probably going to get it for Christmas. It looks badass, that's for sure. I might download the demo soon, if I have enough patience.
Played it via Steam. It's probably the most addicting game that I'm addicting to. :p WE NEED CUSTOM MAPS GODDAMMIT!!
While I didn't entirely find it surprising, it was really great they allowed you to make use of the online coop feature. Granted there weren't many created lobbies, but I've been mostly playing with my friends anyway. I'm a little bummed about the lack of iron sight system like in COD, but it's quite enjoyable nonetheless.
Well as for the shoot from the hip thing, this game is more about running and gunning and chances are if anyone stood still long enough to zoom, they'd be surrounded my zombies or dead. Plus, it has to have the same type of system as Counter-Strike, as it is rippping off it's multiplayer
The game interests me. But it's not high on my list. Once I get Live and more money I will consider getting it.
The thing most interesting about this game is that every time you play it it is different..Enemies are scattered in different areas, sometimes you fight the Tank zombie and sometimes you don't, and, usually, the pipe bombs are in different places. This is all due to what they call the 'Game master' or something.. Valve knows how to make a game. But, honestly, they need to improve the graphics on their source engine.
Honestly, I didn't care too much until I played it, but trust me when I say it is the best co-op game out their and a hell of a lot more scay than RE could ever hope to be. This is Valve's best creation since Portal.
Well yeah, COD's shooting mechanics isn't the Word per se regarding FPSs, but I've just grown far too used to it and it irks me at times whenever I play L4D. Still, I might pick this up in the future, but I have a list to go through before then. XD
