I do not believe the sliced bread present here is luminescent, sadly.

I've actually got one gathering dust in my closet.

 

I wish I had one. They are mesmerizing.

 

I have one but I don't use it much, scared of leaving it alone too long and setting the house on fire ;~;

 

well, you certainly don't want to leave it on too long, but it takes freaking forever just to start off. First it needs to heat up so the stuff rises to the top, then it stays there for who-knows-how-long, then it actually starts moving, but when it's on too long it doesn't have huge bubbles. It's just got a thousand little tiny bubbles
