I doubt it, and IMO the last FF game will be the one that blows. Then the series will end. People aren't going to buy FF games forever, especially since they keep reusing the same storyline.
Well i mean.....there are XIII!! i mean JEEZ!! They should at least give them different NAMES!! thats what I think. They should end the series soon. And start making new games with dif names at least.
I decided to do a little research into this, and found out that there are absolutely no plans on stopping the FF series. So, for now, they will keep making them (and those darned remakes!).
There were other series. There was FF Tactics series 2 games, FF Adventures 3 games (I think) FF Legends (1 game, thankfully) Not to mention the non Er Giez, and two movies and about 4 FF 7 spinoffs. I think Square figured out if they put the letters F, I, N, A, L, F, A, N, T, A, S, and Y on any box, in that order, it will automatically be a best seller. Regardless of content.
Theres alot more then just the 13 main games. FF13 has 3 games in development and FF7 has 4 that i can think of. FF also isn't just games, its one of Squares main source of business so its be pretty stupid of them to stop for no reason.
