Birth by Sleep Land of Departure bug...

So, I have this weird problem with Ven. You see, I played trough his game and completed his story. But everytime I return to The Land of Departure, its says there's a new chapter. And when I go there, the only thing I see is the world as it is when you played trough Aqua's story. There's no way to the castle, and you can only walk around in two area's. So there's nothing to do. And still there's that NEW sign.... What's wrong?

 

Nothing.
It'll stay like that forever.
Even after you beat you-know-who there.
