Kingdom Hearts: The Fanfic That will Probably End the World​

Prologue
Once upon a time, a young boy named Sora was chosen by a Keyblade, a weapon of unimaginable power. Soon after, he was separated from all that he held dear. Eventually, he made more friends. These new friends kept him in the light, and helped him to defeat the darkness. When he finally defeated a wicked man calling himself Ansem, he met his old friends once again, but their reunion did not last. Soon they were separated once again. One year later, Sora defeated the evil Thirteenth Order, restoring peace to the worlds. He was able to go back to his friends. And that is where our story begins.
Chapter 1: The Letter
"To all Keyblade Wielders,
You know that you have been chosen by a blade of wondrous power and strength. You have no doubt fought against forces that will try to take your Keyblade away from you. Well, you no longer need to worry. The Keyblades, having served their purpose, will go back to Kingdom Hearts to be destroyed. The forge where they were made has been locked up so noone will ever attempt to recreate them. I have used the seal of a good friend of mine so as to conceal my whereabouts and identity from those who would do me harm. To those who used their Keyblades for good, continue doing that good without your blade, for your heart shall guide you in ways you cannot imagine. To all you wicked men that attempt to do evil with your blade, I am glad that you are no longer a threat. To all that I may have caused any grief in giving you your keyblade, I doubt you'll forgive me, but I am sorry.

The Maker"
After reading the letter, Sora, Riku, and Kairi's faces took on different expressions. Kairi's of worry, for what would happen if their home were to be attacked again? Sora and Riku's lit up, for now they are free of this misunderstood power, but then also faded to worry. Suddenly, Sora's Kingdom Key and Riku's Way to Dawn appeared in a flash of light, and exploded into nothingness.
Meanwhile, at Disney Castle, King Mickey, Court Mage Donald, and Knight Captain Goofy stared at the sky where a golden blade once was. "Ansem," the King muttered as he almost broke into tears, "why didn't you tell me?" "Are you okay?" Donald asked sympathetically before Mickey ran off to his study. "A-hyuk, he looked sad," Goofy inferred. Donald replied, "Ya think? Come on Goofy, let's just leave him alone for awhile."
Minnie, worried about the King, decided to go to his study to give him his daily meal. But, to her great surprise, he was gone. All that remained was a letter, which read:
"Dear Minnie, Donald, and Goofy,
I have left to go find Ansem the Wise to set things straight with him. It turns out that he is still alive. I beg of you, do not look for me. My journey will be difficult, as I will be going into the dark realm in order to find the true darkness that will give me the power I need to defend the worlds and find my friend. Minnie, don't worry about me. Donald, Goofy, I'm sorry. If you ever see Sora, tell him that Ansem is alive.
I'll be back soon,

PS: If I don't come back, Minnie is in charge."
Minnie was shocked at this. "No! I won't let him go alone!" Minnie exclaimed, "I'm leaving." "WHAT!" Donald exlaimed, "But you can't go! Who will keep the castle running?" "I'm leaving that to you, Donald," Minnie replied, "My decision is clear. I refuse to stay on the sidelines any longer. "She threw off her formal dress to reveal lightly armored traveling clothes and then headed off to the Gummi Hanger where she would make her departure. "Wait! Who will protect you?" Donald asked. To answer, Minnie simply shot a few Pearl attacks into the air, which circled back and effectively KOed Donald, but not before he could say, "I guess she can handle it."
