As of right now it's unlikely there will ever be an English release of a Kingdom hearts final mix version. They normally make them Japanese exclusive. The trend is, they release the game in Japan, then add a little something extra to the English version, and then give out a huge lot of extras in the final mix version. But you can import the games over the web. And considering how prices have dropped over the year, you could get it at a pretty sweet deal. Bt you would have to buy a Japanese PS2.
The currently released Final Mixs have been announced that they will not be released outside japan. Your only hope for a english version is a unofficial translation patch.
