Kingdom hearts final mix and chain of memory, mods

Can someone help me and find the patches/codes for me to play ultrawide(21:9) on the ps2(iso) Kh fm and chain of memory. I’ve looked everywhere on the internet and can’t find any codes/patches. Am wondering if anyone here can help me out
