Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep: Turning a Year Old

    If anyone has remembered, Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep turns a year old this month. Taking a look at the community it appears that only KH-Vids and KH-Recharged has remembered the one year anniversary for the first Kingdom Hearts title featuring Aqua, Terra and Ven.

    The release in North America was September 7th 2010 for North America; following it's release overseas in Europe and other countries on September 10th (tomorrow).

    Although Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep has turned a year old this week, we think the community has almost forgot its release date due to the new title "Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance". The community has been receiving very little news from the Kingdom Hearts series in the past five months, but with the Tokyo Game Show starting in just a few days - there's no doubt in our minds that we're all gearing up for some playable demos and the new trailer.

      It's been that long? I remember when the commercials for it were airing on television; now, as of Wednesday, it's been a year.

      Anyway, happy one-year anniversary!

      Already a year old? Wow...Has it been that long since I truly enjoyed playing my PSP?

      One of the greatest Kingdom Hearts games - and the most revealing, is already a year old.

      I was just thinking about that actually, since it was something to while sitting around on campus last year. I wasn't thinking about the precise date, but I knew it had to be around now.

      Year old huh? Should be lower in price now XD and with that audio, it was awesome..but the echo was a little too delayed..it made things too confusing.

      This was pretty awesome. I still haven't played Birth By Sleep. I'm hoping I can get it for the Vita or as a PS3 remaster. I already spoiled myself and saw it all, though. It's really on par with the console games.

      All of this just makes me excited for the future games! Thanks for this xD

      Ahhhh BBS. Can't believe it's already been a year............ and I still haven't 100% it!!!!??????? I better get to work on that soon.

      I hadn't forgotten about it at all. Last year i ran to gamestop after the first day of school to pick up my pre-ordered copy, and the whole first week of school i pretended to be sick so I could play the game all day.

      I didn't forget at all. I was just telling my girlfriend that at this time last year, I was beyond stoked. It was such a great game. It kept me busy until close to Thanksgiving. And that was pretty much playing every day since I got it at Midnight Launch from Gamestop. But I was happy when I got to 100% completion. So worth it. I can only hope Dream Drop Distance lives up to the standard set by Birth By Sleep. Thanks Mike. :) ​

      I thought I was the only one who remembered! I basically had my own celebration of playing BBS all day. I remember when the game came out, I rushed to Gamestop after school to pick it up and play at every moment possible. It's good to know there are some people who remember the days KH games release. Haha. I'm looking forward to the Kingdom Hearts 10 year anniversary! Birth By Sleep was my favorite handheld game in the series; I hope KH 3D will be good as well, considering the BBS team is working on it. :)
