Honestly, the suspense is killing me. I can't wait for some new KH that advances the story further.

For some reason...I think that will be KINGDOM HEARTS III.

I think it's the castle of Cinderella or Caslte of Dreams. But once again new videos of kh brings more and more questions to the story.

The castle kinda reminded me of Beasts castle, but the vibe felt more like the castle from the World that Never Was. Maybe Nomera's going to convince us that the castle from KHII was the Nobody version of the castle in this game. XP

EDIT: Nm my castle nonsense, that castle in the clip is the castle in Cinderella's world; it's the same castle featured in the preview scene in Ven's Cutscenes, in our very own cutscene archive.

Like Ventus PSP Aqua said it looks a lot like Castle of Dreams. Probably showing that it was covered in darkness and the light Aqua saw in the Realm of Darkness with darkness going through it is the Heartless being released into the worlds because of Xehanort (Terranort?).

Okay just rewatched it again and I may be wrong but the numbers "Zero point" "0.5" could represent a countdown to Kingdom Hearts 1. At Zero Point the Heartless were released into the worlds, at 0.5 the worlds began falling to darkness (like how Destiny Islands did in the original Kingdom Hearts) and those worlds are transported to the Realm of Darkness maybe? (seeing how Aqua who is in the Realm of Darkness is seeing Castle of Dreams)
I looked up Fragmentary online lol and it says "Consisting of small parts that are disconnected or incomplete" and they showed parts of previous games only from a different perspective (Mickey in Realm of Darkness, Riku's journey in the original Kingdom Hearts). so maybe its hinting at a game or something that will focus on other events that happened during Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2?

I Hope you're right. Hopefully when KH3D comes out there wont be any other unanswered questions, because we all know where that'll end up..

Dear Square Enix,

I love this series to death, but I hope that you aren't literally making a "Birth By Sleep Volume 2," in the same way you are making a "Final Fantasy XIII-2" and that the title in mention is in fact Dream Drop Distance. It has taken you years and years to draw out the story and make it as complex as it is today, and I felt like with the passing of Re:Coded and the recent info obtained in regards to KH DDD, KH III, as well as a unified story and the elimination of all questions and plot holes in the Xehanort story arc were in sight. It felt good. Please oh please, Square. Don't add another title to the series and spawn a dozen more holes/questions that you will have to create an equal amount of games to explain. I don't want to be the oldest one in the store when KH III is finally released. Thanks.

I was thinking the same thing as Bloo. I mean, it only makes sense. It showed Sora and Kairi on Destiny Islands just before showing "1", then Aqua meeting Ansem in "0", "Zero Point" was when Aqua was first rescued in the Realm of Darkness by Ven and Terra's Keyblades, and "0.5" was Aqua coming across the Castle in the Realm of Darkness.


These are all most likely time points from Aqua going into the Realm of Darkness to Kairi waking Sora up in the very beginning of KH1 ("Sora you lazy bum!").

At least, that's my best guess. What do you guys think?

As much as I want to know who the Unknown in this game was (it gives me a nostalic feeling of how obsessed I was about finding out who the Unknown from KHFM was) (who we know turned out to be Mansex), I really hope they dont create another game to explain it.

This is very exciting but I hope this time it IS hinting toward KH3, I'm just hoping it shall explain some of the questions this video has raised. At one point I thought they'd make a BBS2 where you played as Aqua going through the realm of darkness but now I'm not so sure. The numbers I thought pointed to a time scale but she meets Ansem the wise after KH2 so why would it be 0.5? I don't know, that confused me.

It appears Aqua is seeing the heartless form. The castle is either from Sleeping Beauty or Cinderella linking to Maleficent.
That's when Maleficent takes over the castle...

I actually said, "What the heck" out loud. My brain was like, "huh". Can they just hurry up and explain all this already.

I have a feeling that KINGDOM HEARTS DDD will release sometime in 2011 and this version 2 of BBS will come out for 2012 marking it's 10th birthday for the series. Later connecting us into KINGDOM HEARTS III for 2013?

Anyway, Nomura did say there was going to be KH3D and a "mystery" game on the horizon before KH3, so at leaast that's finally solved. Even though I'm tired of the spinoff games, I really am excited as to what Aqua's journey the past 11-ish years was like. Especially since it is our real first in depth journey through the (maybe) whole Realm of Darkness.

Pretty trippy (well, KH is kind of a trippy series, haha).

I don't really mind the idea of a Birth by Sleep Volume Two, if that's what it is referring to, just because the first one was really good (cutscene-wise, I didn't actually play it). But, worth noting is that at the end of Another Side, Another Story & Deep Dive if I remember correctly, they displayed the title "Kingdom Hearts." So Tale Wind might be right; they're just referring to BBS FM with the Volume Two title.

That said, this made me even more excited for 3D. =]

Personally, I never found Aqua that appealing off a character. She always seems so lost in herself and ambivelant that I never connected or cared for her. If they make a game centered around her, they better make it more expressive!
Still I want KH3, and I persoanlly feel all the signs are pointing that way even though Nomura is a ******* at suspense!

When "Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep -Volume 2-" pop up I always thought my guess was right about a sequel to KH BBS that takes place between KH BBS and KH1. But it could mean KH3 is coming sooner then we think because it showed stuff of KH 358/2 Days and something in KH2 that was never before seen (unless that part with Kairi was in KH2 Final Mix).
