-They will revel the rest of the somebodies!
-Sora, Riku, Kiari, Aqua, Mickey and Lea will be the seven lights
-If at least he's not a light, please bring Lea back...


Theory's:
-Mickynort! (Stupid I know....)
- Venitas= Young Xheanort! (Or at least they have some connection....)
-Somebody Names (Unrelieved):
Larxene= Arlene, Renela
Marluxia= lumaria
Luxord= Dolur, Rould
Demyx= Myde

Oh, and the worlds. I'm going to create posts on deviant-art on those so watch for link to those!!!!

I really want the rest of the somebodies to be in KHIII...... And please give us some backstory about them!!!! And yeah, Terra might join them in the end, but Riku and amickey need to find Aqua first in the Realm of Darkness, since she is the only one who knows of Ventus' secret location in Castle Oblivion.

 

Not only the somebodies we still need to meet, but they should tell back-stories on the others as well. You like how they actually became nobodies and stuff.

 

True. DDD only show Even, Ienzo and Braig, but what about Aeleus, Dilan, Isa and Lea? Hopefully we will find out in KHIII.

 

I still stand by my Sora as all Seven lights Theory. It makes sense since Xehanort is going to be all 13 darknesses and There just HAPPENS to be 7 different versions of Sora. Plus: all the bad guys are talking down to him. I WANT THEM TO EAT THEIR WORDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really don't want to say what I want and theorize what it will be about this early on, but I will say the one thing that I want above all else. I want it to make sense, and I want it to be fun. After DDD I want something a little more grounded. KH has always had abstract qualities like light and darkness that are never really described, we are just expected to run with it. Which, ok I guess, but given that this last Xehanort game will (I'm assuming) be very character centric I want something that focuses on the characters and doesn't break away from the characters and plot to explain its nonsensical contrived plot element that doesn't even need to be there in the first place (a la DDD). Just tell the story that needs to be told and stop trying to over complicate things. I know this probably wont happen, but I'm getting really tired of all this convoluted bs. Keep it simple, stupid.

I respect your opinion, and maybe your right. Sill, however it is also fun to think of the answers we don't get.

 

I agree with the call for backstories on the Organization somebodies, but I've always assumed that most of them lost their hearts when Radiant Garden fell to the Heartless. I don't remember if that was ever stated, though.

 

Well, in Birth By Sleep, it showed the first six. It didn't really mention any of their back stories, but it said one was an orphan I believe.

This is actually quite general. To be honest, and it may simply be nostalgia talking, but I hope that the plot written for KHIII is written well and nice enough that it serves to be a sufficient conclusion for the entire story (assuming it is, anyhow). Although there have been, in my opinion, games where the plot could have been threaded together a bit better, the original Kingdom Hearts and even Birth By Sleep at least give a good enough backbone to work off of, both in terms of the direct plot and how one may write it.

At the same time I actually wonder how mature the lovely developers are willing to make the series' end. Taking Harry Potter as a literary example, Rowling started off with a simple first novel that was accessible to young kids and ended the series with mature, dark themes and much food for thought. Of course, it would be strange comparing Harry Potter to Kingdom Hearts, especially through different media, but Kingdom Hearts' plot has been growing metaphorically (and literally) darker. With the latest handheld games, we have situations which continue to provide uncertain and potentially dark futures for many of our characters, despite the generally optimistic message of "reconnection". But to be honest, this implication of something darker has always been a fundamental element of the Kingdom Hearts series, provided one looks deeper. In general however, my hopes rest on ... well, more maturity and a well written plot more than anything, I suppose. Though with this blanket statement I include the characters and other written elements, what have you. I feel the gameplay enough is nothing to even complain about because it has been marginally improving with each installation, from how I see it.

As for theories, there are so many different loose plot points in a giant kudzu mess that anything I feel I could connect would, at this moment, sound just as unfounded as theories that may not connect plot threads at all. More, more information is needed. Or at least, more subtle shadowing towards things!

I had a theory about the seven lights.
If all 13 darkness' are basically the same person, different incarnatiosn of Xehanort.
Then what if all 7 lights are different incarnations of Sora?
There's nearly enough. Sora, Roxas, Xion, Ventus, and Data-Sora. That's 5, and it's possible some others will come into play in KH3.

 

Aye man, if I could have my way we'd get Namine back and her and Aeleus could be bros ye like wow brotp man But alas, I'm not sure how they'd free Namine and Roxas, and if that's even possible to do so.

Secondly, if Isa isn't returned to normal and him and Lea aren't friends by the end of the game, I'm not going to be a happy camper. I know Lea, Roxas, and Xion should be reunited (or rather I'll agree with the majority of the fandom, since majority seems to think that), but I just want Isa and Lea to be friends again ;;.

Thirdly, I'd like to find out Marluxia's somebody and I want his somebody to either A) be an evil jerk and repent or B) Actually be a good guy and repent. Repenting Marluxia is one of my faaaaavorite ideas to toy with.

Lastly, seriousness. I'd love for KHIII to be much more serious/darker toned, and just generally not so childish from it's other counterparts. However, given it's disney and it's supposed to be 'dumbed down' for kids, good luck with that.

As for theories, because it's supposed to be child friendly, there will be no true deaths. Everybody will probably be restored, unless we're waiting for the adventures of Sora past the Xehanort Saga to do that.

KHIII needs a "Gravity Falls"-themed world. I don't care how it will fit, but it needs to be there.

First of all, thank you for your honest opinion. Second, you should check out the show. It is, in my opinion, the greatest show Disney has aired in a long time. Lastly, Braig has to happen. Especially if they do back story on the Organization somebodies. There is absolutely no way they can't.

 

It is? Hm.... maybe I will try out Gravity Falls if you say it's that good someday.

Now, I agree. The somebodies do need back-stories. Braig, and the six other originals, the somebodies not reveled yet, and finally, Lea and Isa.
